For patients suffering from muscle pain or tension related to injury
At HOPE, we go beyond treating symptoms—we restore lives. Our mission is to provide innovative, compassionate neurological and brain-health care shaped around each patient’s journey. We combine careful listening, advanced diagnostics, and tailored therapies to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
Videonystagmography (VNG) is a safe, non-invasive test that tracks involuntary eye movements to evaluate inner ear and brain function. It helps pinpoint the cause of dizziness, vertigo, and balance problems, and can reveal subtle signs of concussion.
Studies show VNG detects vestibular issues in up to 70–80% of patients with chronic dizziness, making it one of the most trusted tools for diagnosis and treatment planning.

I had a great experience here. The front desk staff was polite and welcoming, and even though I waited a bit, it was worth it. Sarah made the visit exceptional—she was very knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and had such a friendly, approachable way that made me feel comfortable and confident about my care. She definitely left a lasting impression. I’d highly recommend this place!

My experience with hope neurologist was amazing!! Richard and Claire ewot therapy were the best!! From the day I walk in until the end of my treatment, they make sure I am happy and comfortable. They always greet me with good energy and welcoming face. I don’t want to leave this place because of these two people but I have to since I am done with my treatment. I am genuinely happy to meet them 😊.

Hope Neurological at the sandy springs and college Park office is absolutely amazing! Gary Bowen PA-C, Jerry Spivey MD, Avnya MA, Jia MA, Natalie MA and the whole team is a blessing! Awesome treatment and documentation helped really build my personal injury case to a great success!

After enduring over two years of non-stop discomfort, I have to admit I walked into my appointment at Hope Neurological and Medical Services with *zero* hope for relief. ZERO. I'd already resigned myself to a life of pain and frustration. Let me just say--this experience absolutely shattered my expectations in the best way possible! From start to finish, it was a true 5-star experience, despite a few hiccups that were totally beyond the control of the facility.
