Exercise With Oxygen Therapy (EWOT) at HOPE
At HOPE, Exercise With Oxygen Therapy (EWOT) is a gentle, guided way to help your brain and body perform better—naturally. By combining light movement with high-flow oxygen, EWOT supports circulation, energy production, mental clarity, and recovery so you can feel and function at your best.
Exercise With Oxygen Therapy (EWOT) at HOPE
What EWOT Is
During EWOT, you’ll do light exercise (such as a recumbent bike, treadmill, or stepper) while breathing oxygen through a comfortable mask. Movement increases your heart rate and blood flow; the elevated oxygen helps your tissues receive what they need to restore, recover, and rejuvenate.
Why Patients Choose EWOT
More steady energy — support cellular energy production
Clearer thinking — many people report better focus and mental clarity
Circulation support — helps deliver oxygen to working muscles and tissues
Recovery & resilience — gentle way to support post-illness or post-injury progress
Feel-good momentum — sessions are short, structured, and confidence-building
Whether you’re managing fatigue, recovering after illness or injury, or aiming to optimize performance, EWOT can be tailored to your comfort and goals.
Who EWOT May Help
Chronic or post-illness fatigue
Deconditioning after time off work, school, or activity
Brain fog or low mental stamina
General wellness & performance goals

(Your provider will help determine if EWOT fits your plan and how to integrate it with other care.)
